QCCafé employs trained and qualified people who are able to apply sampling techniques and physical and sensory analysis so that the outcomes are reliable and opportune.

Application:
 

Raw material: Physical and Sensory analysis of parchment coffee with the aim of addressing it, according to its vocation and client requirements, for the production of Green Coffee for export or for domestic markets.

Green Coffee: Physical and Sensory analysis to verify the quality norms that are authorized for the exportation of coffee that is issued by FNC-ICONTEC in Colombia and in accordance with the peculiar and additional client requirements.

Specialty Coffees:  Assessment in the search of coffee from origin, which may have sensorial and physical characteristics that differentiate it from the standards of Colombian coffee.  These coffees generate an added value upon sales due to the way its grown and processed.
